Video of Racist Rant Gains Viral Attention
In the short clip, a woman sitting in her car repeatedly uses the N-word while hurling insults about the victim’s appearance, including comments about her eyelashes. Despite the victim’s attempts to deescalate, telling her to stop using slurs, the aggressor continues the offensive remarks. The 15-second video ends with a clear shot of the woman’s license plate, enabling authorities to identify her vehicle.
The restaurant owner near the scene told NBC Bay Area that the woman was seen sitting at the bar alone for around 10 minutes before leaving. Shortly after, the disturbing incident unfolded, and police arrived.

Pinole Police Department has classified the confrontation as a hate incident, confirming it is under investigation by their criminal investigation bureau. “The use of racial slurs and anti-Black rhetoric has no place here,” said Pinole Mayor Cameron Sasai. “Seeing this footage is both disturbing and infuriating.”
The victim, who has chosen to remain anonymous, expressed disbelief over the unprovoked verbal attack. “It’s unacceptable,” she told KTVU. “I don’t understand why anyone would use that kind of language in public.”
Alleged Aggressor’s Background Raises Questions
The woman caught on camera has not been officially named yet. However, reports from KTVU reveal she has a criminal history and was charged earlier this year for repeat thefts from an Ulta Beauty store. Her mother reportedly told the outlet she’s devastated, crying constantly after learning about her daughter’s actions.
